CREDIT CARDS

We accept the following methods of payment: MasterCard or Visa. Credit cards are charged at time of shipment.

SALES TAX

If you live in or ship your order to California, we are required to charge you local tax on your purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at info@ohanahulasupply.com

within 30 days for instructions on returning an item(s). We will process your return promptly upon receipt of merchandise. Full credit will be issued for defective merchandise. For merchandise that is not defective credit will be issued for merchandise and tax only (credit will not be issued for shipping charges). Banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. Refunds are credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

We've done our best to insure the privacy and security of your transactions. Your credit card information and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. SHIPPING

WHERE

`Ohana Hula and Supply Company ships in the USA including Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you live or are shipping outside of these countries please contact us.

WHEN

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of orders. Shipment depends on the time of day an order is received and processed. We usually ship 1 – 2 business days after an order is received and processed (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays). You will be alerted to any shipping delay as soon as possible after your order is placed.

HOW

We generally ship via USPS Priority. Shipments within the Continental US are usually delivered between 2 – 7 business days from day of actual shipment.
International Orders: Please allow additional shipping/delivery for International orders. The United States Postal Service cannot provide delivery information once a shipment leaves the United States.
APO or FPO, AA, AE, AP (military) Orders:  Please email or call if placing an order to be shipped to any of these addresses.  Merchandise will be shipped Priority Mail.  The United States Postal Service cannot provide any delivery time frame for these shipments.
